Thanks for all the help from Chuck and Cogent Analytics. I have definitely learned a new way to view the systems, documentation and financials for my company. It will take some time to perfect the implementation of your processes but we are now on the right track. I am looking forward to seeing the results in the bottom line.
Chuck has been great. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He was able to explain the different layers of how your system works and why it works. It is quite a bit of information to absorb.
The only thing I would have done differently in hind sight is to request meeting with Chuck every other week rather than trying to move straight through all at once. I know I wear too many hats in my position at this time. I did not realize the impact of limiting my time and how that would affect cash flow and project progress while this process was taking place. There was just too much information to get through at too fast of a pace. I have a couple of really bad reviews, upset customers, and job cancellations that are a result of limiting my focus on how we usually run our business. Maybe a little financial sacrifice is needed to get things moving in a better direction. We will see soon.
I fear that I am stretched to the end of my capacity and can only hope that jobs keep moving in a positive direction or rather stop moving in the wrong direction as they have begun to do during this process. I know it is not the end of the world though and the improvements we are implementing from working with you guys should significantly help in moving in the right direction for customer satisfaction, organization on all levels at the office and in the field, and of course our bottom line – company profit.
