I am writing this letter first to thank you for the help you have given us. I confess we were a bit skeptical about bringing in a consultant. We thought that we would only be spending our money and that it would not help us much, mainly because of the language barrier. But talking with Michael Augerinos he mentioned that he could send us a Spanish-speaking consultant and I was glad about that.
The consultant that was assigned to us was a very talented person. He addressed everyone in our office with great respect and professionalism. He always made time to answer our questions and concerns. He took the time to explain if we did not understand the concept. He always arrived on time and ready to work and sometimes he was the last one to leave.
Again, we are very grateful and satisfied for the services provided by your consultant. We look forward to working together in the future.
