To Whom It May Concern
Jarrett Concrete Inc did an eight-week course with Cogent Analytics. We started seeing improvements in the first two weeks. We focused on our problems which were productivity and money management. We implemented best practices with goals to align with our business structure. We eased into a long-term growth goal in efforts to sustain the business on my own.
We had personnel issues and addressed the group to ensure each key person wanted to move forward with change. Jarrett Concrete Products would argue it is important to get team members on board early in the process. We developed a plan which met the expectations of myself and my team. The first week was rocky to say the least. After proving our new processes our team came together at the two-week mark, this is when we began seeing improvements across the board. This is a process where the saying shows “you get out what you put in”, if you can’t do eight weeks, don’t do it because that is what it takes. Be prepared for metal breakdown, and a very strategic plan on how to build yourself and your team back up.
Sincerely,
Travis Jarrett
