Hi my name is Joan Kehlenbach I am a co-owner to Bethany Mountain Lawn Care. We care for residential and commercial properties. We have programs to maintain their lawns with a fertilizer program, we offer tree and shrub care, we have a mowing service, and we maintain client’s sprinkler systems.
For the past 6 weeks we have had one of your consultants join our company to help with the restructure of our business. Owning a small company our employees are family. I feel the same with Bob.
Bob has been here with us from the start into our season. He has gotten to see how our daily operations worked and to see what we are doing right and what was going wrong. We had a lot of misfortunate situations occur while he was here. The first week one of our guys got hurt on the job going on workers comp for 4 plus weeks and another employee leaving after 2 weeks into the start of our very busy season. Down two guys with no one answering our ad for employment became very stressful. Sales on the rise with limited workers for production how were we ever going to get the work done without occurring cancelations. Bob never gave up; he became the teacher and my friend. He would make suggestions and we would implement that with our guys to keep a positive attitude during our first round of fertilizing. He put in very long days but stay committed to seeing this project thru.
I am so very grateful to Cogent for placing Bob with us. I am looking forward to a lifetime relationship with Cogent as well as with Bob. This experience is life changing, Bob is leaving behind what I would call “The Big Book” It’s a book of everyday tools necessary to run a business in the right direction. My hopes for Bethany Mountain Lawncare are to watch this business continue to grow and to raise our profitability each year. To have the right people in place to continue to build a relationship with the customers and of course to be successful.
