We signed up with Cogent Analytics in late 2019 to review our current practices as well as help us identify areas where we could improve our organization. We identified several areas of opportunity including margins, best practices and staffing where we felt there were areas we could improve and thus impact our bottom line.
The process began with a weekly review of our current business model and we quickly identified areas where we were losing margin in our business. Once we all agreed the areas that needed the most focus, we began to put together a step by step action plan to address. The plan was formed by all key people in the organization to get the necessary buy-in with the project. Once that was done the work began with a week by week plan of what as going to happen and what was needed to be accomplished to stay on schedule.
As planned Cogent has delivered on their commitment with a very detailed and structured approach. The schedule was strictly held to and the impact of the changes have been immediately noticed. I would consider Cogent to be a great partner and highly recommend them for any future projects.
