The Profit Platform was developed by Cogent Analytics and shows the interconnectivity of the main areas, or “pillars” of a business. The graphic reflects the connection of the 4 main pillars of business: SALES, PEOPLE, OPERATIONS, and MEASUREMENT. It highlights how each pillar is connected to all the other pillars and they all collectively contribute or can take away from profit.
