This purpose of this letter is to thank you and your team for identifying opportunities and introducing new business practices into ONE SOURCE.
I started this company nine years ago, and over the years have enjoyed slow and consistent growth. However, since 2019, there have been many challenges and significant financial setbacks. Some of these issues were a direct result of external factors relative to the COVID-19 pandemic, but many were a result of internal lack of accountability and financial and operational control.
I am pleased to share that my time and experience, especially with Zack AI-Mahayni has been eye-opening and will forever change the way I view my business. Zack has taught my team new ways to attack their day, by introduced new tools to help gain visibility and control in completing tasks, prioritizing activities, and managing people.
Personally, Zack has walked side-by-side with me as I have had to face difficult personnel and client decisions. He is training me to focus on creating value, driving efficiency, and quantifying real “all-in” costs to clearly understand profitability.
