Dear Cogent Analytic viewer,
You must be looking at the testimonial page for reviews on Cogent Analytics to help you decide whether or not to proceed with their consultation team. I hope that our review can give you our honest feedback and help you make a decision.
Cogent has been in our peripheral view for at least 5 years, maybe longer. They have never come across as a pushy or nagging solicitor. Instead, they have been in the background, patiently waiting for us to make our own moves.
My name is Denise Clements and I am an office manager and CFO for a manufacturing company, (BGRS, Inc / Hemco a div. of BGRS, Inc.) located in Houston, TX. I have been with the company for going on 24 years, and a lot has transpired within those years. From coworkers leaving for new journeys, owners passing away, new owners, purchasing another manufacturing company, merging the two businesses into one beautiful, blended family, and finally becoming part owner myself.
Financial reports, leadership and management are crucial in running a business as well as being open to criticism for improvements. Our team made a hefty move to better the company as well as invest in our ourselves to become stronger, united and confident leaders.
Cogent doesn’t play around when it comes to making changes! As Vince Curasi puts it, “We start Monday!” WHAT! we’re not ready, how about next month or whenever we can fit it in our schedule and have the time we know we need. Well, just like making any change in life, when is a good time? So, Monday it was! “Monday, Monday (bah-da bah-da-da-da) So good to me (bah-da bah-da-da-da) Song by the Mamas & the Papas. Would it be really? Would Monday be the day that’s so good to me?
Well, it would definitely be the day of learning and the start of a new beginning. This would be the day that four ordinary people would begin the training to becoming Leaders of a manufacturing company. This Monday would be an important event on our company’s timeline. This Monday would be the start of many more weeks of training under the influence of a US Army Veteran, MBA and Fortune 500 business consultant, Randolph Brauer.
Over the next few weeks our team would gain new tools to better the company, employees and customers. Not only did we gain tools that would help us in our performance and financial goals, but we gained strength as a team to lead and manage the company. We have a better understanding of how to be like the previous great leaders of BGRS, Inc. and Hemco Industries. If it weren’t for their provisions this would have never been possible.
Thank you to the Cogent Analytics team for your support, encouragement and sometimes little nudge on wanting us to become greater than!
Sincerely,
BGRS, Inc. / Hemco a div. of BGRS, Inc.
