I have truly enjoyed working with Cogent Analytics and really diving into the inner workings of my business. With help from Lisa, Vince, Manuel and his Marketing team, and Abacus, as well as the rest of the Cogent team, we uncovered inefficiencies that may not have been noticed. There has been an energy to move us from having great ideas, to making those ideas into action, then leading those actions to identify profit opportunities. I fully anticipate a hefty return on my investment.
The processes implemented allow me to really manage the growth of my business in a way that I previously haven’t done. Processes from cash flow to managing labor, to utilizing the tools we already owned to creating sales and budgetary measures, and many other processes to improve our tracking and time efficiency.
The growth potential I see for my business with efficient tracking, opening new regions, creating new opportunities to assist our current customer base is exponential.
