Sofiane was born and raised in Paris, France. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne University. He later pursued higher education across the Atlantic, where he earned a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence for International Business and a Master’s degree in Business Management, Management and Operations from North Carolina State University and SKEMA Business School.
Sofiane brings over a decade of leadership, operational, financial and consulting experience to Cogent Analytics. He began his career as a financial consultant, where he used his proficiency in multiple languages and his ability to put people first to distinguish himself. This led to roles in sales management across diverse industries, where he consistently achieved impressive results. His key for success: the ability to connect with people on a deeper level. Additionally, Sofiane has lived and worked in three different countries, on two continents making him a valuable asset in any cross-cultural environment.
Sofiane joined the consulting industry, where he had the privilege of contributing to the transformation of a billion-dollar European railway company. His role involved implementing innovative tools that drove significant ROI and productivity improvements. Inspired by these accomplishments, he ventured into entrepreneurship for multiple years, establishing his own consulting firm focused on assisting small and medium-sized businesses. Throughout his journey, his core motivation remained constant: helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.
Today, Sofiane resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, enjoying life with his beloved wife and their loyal canine companion. In his spare time, he indulges his passion for fitness.
