To whom it may concern,
I would like to very much thank the team at Cogent for the work performed for my company, Darwin Chambers Company. The efforts put forth by many folks during our project have been professional and timely. Without a doubt, we have seen and will see drastic positive change in many aspects of the business.
First and foremost, I would like to highlight the incredible intelligence and diligence we have seen during the entire process from our Project Director, Zack AI-Mahayni. Zack brought a level of experience, hard work, and insight to the company that I did not even realize we needed, and I damn sure couldn’t have found elsewhere. The match between his style and where I want to head the company has been spot on (kudos to Cogent management for their role here).
I fairly recently took full control of the company and have had my hands full dealing with the here and now. I knew I needed tools and changes to my, and my managers’ leadership and management capability. I knew that to reach my goals I had significant needs to address to keep us moving forward and avoid stagnation at our existing position.
Zack came in and quickly dialed his focus to the huge issues and opportunities he and the support team identified with our processes and policies. From financial tools to HR policies to sales processes to management dashboard and on and on — we started our experience with Cogent at a low level of capability and ended with a framework and road map to higher profitability and goal realization.
In addition to Zack’s constant driving presence, we received immediate attention and insight from the support professionals who Zack was interacting with every day of the engagement. These folks ensured that we were not simply hiring a single consultant to take on the entire project. We understood we had a much larger, entire Cogent team assisting with the process and providing customized, experienced insight. To duplicate this with our own folks or through hiring would be impossible.
Overall, I have been impressed with our experience from discovery and through the main phase of the consultation. I look forward to the follow-up during the life cycle phase and the success I know we will have improving the company. Thank you, first and foremost, Zack AI-Mahayni. I personally appreciate the guidance and diligence you have shown us, day in and day out. Thank you to the management and professionals at Cogent. This work for Darwin Chambers is truly meaningful and appreciated.
