Cogent Analytics

We have a great story at SLICK Response for the Cogent Team. I had received a call from a setup person seeking an appointment to meet about analytics. We, are an environmental contractor, so I naturally assumed that we were going to look at a new laboratory for chemical analysis. Boy, was I mistaken. Rob came by and immediately had my interest. I consulted with my Director of Operations, and aligned another meeting with Rob, and we made an immediate decision that the risk was worth the reward.
Then, we met David Drylie, wow…. he is 30% analyst, 30% psychiatrist, 30% mind reader/psychic, and 30% genius. I know, I know, how could he equate to 120%? I don’t know, he just does…. I immediately pulled the trigger with excitement. Hit our target dead center. He identified exactly what I was thinking, and the rest is history.
I know this is getting repetitive, but THEN we met Roger. I have met many great businesspeople in my life. I have also met many poor businesspeople in my life. Roger has a “no bull” approach because he identifies with my personality. And he enlightened me on so many things we were doing but only doing 70-80% to full completion. We had responsibilities, accountabilities, and processes. But we weren’t following through with many of them. We identified a lot of “tweaks” with very little change to our process. But the “tweaks” were very meaningful and productive. It took another set of eyes to identify and suggest adjustments to our way of doing business. I already have seen better morale from our employees, better pricing structure, and better profitability in our work. Incredible number of financial gains to come. I would recommend Cogent Analytics to any small business that has a great team of employees and a growing market percentage to capitalize on that very market. We did, and I have Cogent to thank. What a great team in the foreground and the background doing due diligence to improve other businesses. These people have a great program, Highly Recommended!
