John Boler is a distinguished executive with over 30 years of international management experience, excelling in business development, strategic planning, and change management. With a diverse background in manufacturing and technical services, John has consistently driven growth and operational efficiencies across various sectors. He has served in leadership and staff positions from Infantry Platoon Leader to Overseas Program Manager with thousands of employees to EVP, COO, and CFO. Currently serving as a Project Director for Cogent Analytics, John executes change management to foster day to day operational improvement, financial management and long-term strategic success.
John’s career is marked by his military service as an Infantry Officer, where he earned accolades for his leadership and strategic acumen. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Outside of his professional endeavors, John is committed to volunteer work, having served on the board of the USO of North Carolina.
