Rodney Bryner is an Operational Excellence Executive with over 38 years of industry experience, 27 in consulting and 11 in the automotive industry. He has provided management consulting in a variety of industries; consumer and industrial products, chemicals, construction and building products, electronics, food and beverage, medical devices, oil and gas, utilities to name a few. This work has spanned from small business to Fortune 500 to multi-national companies across the Americas, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
Rodney’s ability to identify operational improvements and act on these in a timely manner through client ownership allows client’s to realize the value that he brings to their organization. His expertise from his Lean-Sigma and Management Leadership background includes; process improvement, process re-engineering, operations strategy and planning, management operating systems, financial/performance metrics and KPI alignment, team building and leadership development in all areas of a client’s value-chain. He has also facilitated customized Lean-Sigma training for client’s.
Rodney Bryner has a passion to ensure that his time with an organization has long-lasting effects on their business and business results and a positive change on the individuals that are involved to be motivated for continual improvement going forward. His motto is, ‘There needs to be a proper balance of process, people and system integrations and alignment for improvement to happen and be sustained’.
Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and MBA degrees and was initially trained in automotive by a Lean Sensei. He resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife, collegiate daughter and two dogs. In his spare time Rodney enjoys golfing, biking and an occasional hike with his family.
