We have worked with Cogent specifically Alan Hoekman for 11 weeks. The experience has been filled with mixed emotions. There have been highs and lows emotionally. It was very stressful coming out of the gate. Alan had us stepping out of our comfort zone and challenging us. As time went on though we started seeing the results of the process, though still challenging. A leadership team was being established and developed. We were excited to see results from the time and effort the team was putting into this. Processes were being put into action. You could see teamwork developing and employees getting excited about the changes. We started looking into areas we were not aware of or had avoided from lack of knowledge or fear. Tho project was geared towards developing leadership, establishing accountability and measurements within the company. We have made great strides in achieving that. As our time is coming to an end with Alan, we are excited and ready to spread our wings fly on our own with what we have learned and put in place here. We look forward to continuing the course with the Lifecycle Engagement Plan to keep us focused and on track with cur development.
