Susan began her career in Change Management for Accenture, supporting clients like Chrysler and The University of Michigan. Later, she moved into marketing and advertising, managing clients and accounts such as Buick for General Motors and eBay Motors. Throughout her career, Susan has been a natural builder and team leader with a design thinking, customer-centric approach to delivering results, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. She is also an excellent mentor and asset in managing complex projects with diverse teams. Susan thrives in being of service to help others tap into their highest leadership potential and growth. Susan graduated cum laude from Albion College, a well-renowned liberal arts college in the Midwest, with a dual major in Economics & Management and Communications & Theatre. She received her Certificate in Professional Coaching from iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Susan loves spending time by the sea, hiking, cycling, creative writing, interior design, and has been dedicated to mindfulness practices for the past twenty years.
