Brian M. Hood is a Project Director with more than 20 years of experience as an operations leader converted into more than 20 years of excellence in consulting in a variety of industries around the world. His roles as Senior Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, Purchasing Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager and Maintenance Manager shaped his ability to quickly connect to individuals at all levels of organizations and support their desired results. Brian has a proven capability to move seamlessly across all industries with demonstrated successes in the mining, manufacturing, energy production and utility, mass transportation, food and beverage, oil and gas, freight and chemical industries. He has provided mentoring and coaching services with more than 1000 relationships from CEO’s to high potential frontline workers.

Something must be added every day to help stimulate a better result for everyone involved and that hope and direction comes from effective leadership and well-designed structure and communication.
An experienced trainer, Brian has helped dozens of organizations improve operational metrics and identify and develop hidden talent. Brian is also a skilled strategic planner who has worked with a variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies to design and implement aggressive sales and marketing campaigns, streamline critical processes, and create vital client networks.
Before entering the private sector, Brian served for 10 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Army achieving the rank of Major. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Brian has completed numerous specialty leadership and organizational development training courses and is conversant in German.
