Since its establishment in 1952, Houston Fence Company has proudly served the Greater Houston area, building a legacy of exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering customer satisfaction. After dedicating over 30 years to this industry, I realized a long-held ambition by acquiring the company in 2016.
The subsequent eight years presented both significant challenges and remarkable achievements, culminating in a record-breaking revenue year in 2024. This period of growth, however, underscored the necessity for strategic restructuring to sustain our upward trajectory while ensuring optimal operational efficiency and a balanced leadership approach.
It was at this juncture that Houston Fence Company engaged Cogent Analytics. In particular, our partnership with Manuel Trevino, our Project Director, proved to be transformative.
