Bryan Kelso began his career in 1997 as a corporate accountant & financial analyst and ran a Chick-Fil-A franchise as operator/owner.
Since 2006, he has worked with Executives, Business Owners, Management Teams, and Functional Teams to create predictable-profitable revenue growth and ‘install’ scalable organizational design in their business. Advising, guiding, and directing over 80 engagements with companies [rev $5m – $2b] has provided an incredibly fulfilling opportunity to see visions become reality: YOY x factor growth, double-digit profitability gains, more than a dozen favorable exits (sale of business), and a handful of M&A integrations.
He continues to be motivated and enthused to support companies in the focus areas of strategic planning & execution, leadership development (collaboration and accountability), organizational efficiency & effectiveness, business process improvement, team performance & training, technology implementation & utilization, and change management.
Bryan lives in beautiful Coastal Georgia – The Golden Isles – with his wife of 23 years and 3 children (college, high school, and middle school aged). He and his wife share a passion for mentoring teens and kids. We are hikers, soccer fans, beach people, and active in animal rescue.
