Laurent Lheritier has over twenty years of management consulting experience, with a focus on building out operational capabilities and charting fast growth strategies for the world’s largest pharmaceutical and life science companies. For the past seven years he has been working in various leadership start-up roles, including new product development, commercial launches and corporate program management. For more than a decade, Laurent worked abroad in Europe and Asia, gaining valuable intrapersonal skills in cultural diversity and client communication. Laurent graduated with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Civil Engineering. He also earned his MBA from INSEAD, a globally recognized, top-ranked business school.
Laurent currently resides in the Boston suburbs with his wife of more than twenty years. He was delighted that his daughter decided to stay close to home and attend college in Boston! Outside of work, Laurent volunteers his time by serving as a member of WPI’s Phi Sigma Kappa Board of Directors, as well as working with two charity organizations that focus on providing affordable education to families in need and providing clean drinking water in developing nations.
