Lisa has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience and achievement, strengthening and directing high-performing businesses across multiple industry verticals. As a successful Entrepreneur, Lisa is skilled at business success in manufacturing, retail, service, real estate, and hospitality industries. She focuses on workplace synergy, overseeing key business drivers, including market penetration, sales & revenue forecasting, building solid organizational cultures, aligning team goals, and creating conducive workplace environments.
Regarding outstanding scholastics, Lisa graduated in three years with two degrees. While working three jobs and playing two sports, she earned an AA in Accounting and a BSBA in Management and Operations from Mount Ida College. After graduating, she went on to implement a Parents as Partners NICU Initiative: a unique 503i program that coached nurses and director-level physicians to improve the relationship between hospital staff and parents with critically ill children in NICU.

Outside of work, Lisa has the privilege of being a single mom of four amazing young women. Julia bears multiple disabilities with cerebral palsy and meets every day with a smile. Twins, Tricia and Cat, are a highly skilled carpentry student with goals of becoming a Civil Engineer and an awesomely talented digital art student. The fourth is Abigail, an ambitious, goal-oriented individual who is becoming an engineer in the prosthetics industry. Lisa herself loves to sketch and paint. You may often find her drawing a tree or landscape while working through an opportunity.
Throughout these years, Lisa’s energetic, active, hands-on leadership focus builds cross-cultural teams and develops sound strategic plans that ensure growth. Her forte lies in fundraising, event planning, training development, intercultural team building, and executive consultation.
