Lorenzo Arguello graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering. Lorenzo began his career as an engineer for Texas Instruments before becoming a General Manager at a meat processing plant in Central America. Thereafter, Lorenzo has progressively held senior operational management roles within in the food manufacturing industry in the USA. His responsibilities included supply chain, production planning, operations, quality, and customer service management.
Additionally, Lorenzo Arguello is adept at working in challenging business environments using solid leadership and management skills. His engineering background enables Lorenzo to drive efficiency and quality improvements across operations, as well as build strong accountability and performance metrics within teams. Lorenzo’s passion, determination, and approach augments a very distinguished career within manufacturing.
Lorenzo Arguello is happily married over 35 years and enjoys his family of four as well as his grandson. Lorenzo currently resides in Atlanta, GA. In his spare time, Lorenzo is also an avid hiker.
