Mike is a Project Director with a passion for seeing people reach their potential and helping them develop and achieve their professional and personal goals!
He received his B.A. in Business Management from Silver Lake College, has a sales and marketing certification from Cardinal Stritch University, and has completed the International Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics. Mike has held leadership and consulting roles in companies of all sizes from sites and businesses to global leaders like Toyota! He brings over two decades of experience including roles in Operations, Sales, Project Management, and Engineering.
Mike has successfully implemented innovative operational improvements across all aspects of business processes – He has optimized service industry and manufacturing operations. His experience includes being part of the Toyota family for five years holding an operational leadership role during start up and production of the Tundra. He established Munters Inc strategic process for the global organization which drove improvement across 13 sites and was the program manager for the launch of the current Mercury Marine large outboard product.
Mike blends theory with real world experience and has a strong interest in leadership development and business improvement with a focus on small businesses. He has a passion for problem solving and has an expertise in analyzing business systems and information to identify improvements. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma/Black Belt, a Scrum Master, has an HVAC certification and has direct experience in CNC machining, roofing, and metal fabrication. He is a community advocate and loves collaborating directly with stakeholders.
Mike pursues active pastimes and donates time within the community including his efforts with the local fire department and other community based charitable causes.
