Rachel Reina has over 30 years of business and managerial experience, starting her career in sales and crossing over multiple business disciplines. She has held leadership positions in Retail and Financial industry, owned her own small business in the entertainment industry.
She graduated with an A.A.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and has held FINRA licensing.
Rachel brings to Cogent a diverse background, from small business to fortune 500 companies. Although she has a strong background in Business Development, Sales, and the Financial Industry, her experience spans many industries. She has developed and implemented successful Training programs for multiple companies. Her Servant Leadership focus over decades speaks to the Cogent vision of “Raise others up and You will Rise”.
She has lived in many states across the U.S. and throughout South America. Her passion for diversity and inclusion of our clients as well as our internal team allows her to impact people and processes every day.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, going to the gym, music and motivational speaking to organizations that support Women and Children in underserved communities.
