Raul Ruiz graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Supply Chain Leadership Certification from Stanford University. Raul is an accomplished senior-level leader with a 25 + year successful strategic and tactical leadership track record. Beginning his leadership career as Branch Manager, he worked in many capacities, from District Manager to Senior Vice President and COO. Accountable for full planning, operating, strategic initiative implementation, tactical execution, and P&L.
As Senior leader, Raul has delivered continuous execution of shareholder value and organizational strategy in several industries such as Logistics/E-Commerce/Transportation/Final Mile as well as Aviation Services, Above, and Below wing operations, and Import/Export within the air freight supply chain.
Having ownership of small, medium, and large P&L execution from $5m to $550m with an employee base of 50-6,000, Raul is a PEOPLE LEADER FIRST and is focused and disciplined in Coaching and Developing business leaders in the execution of continuous process improvement, effective change management, best in class employee experience while creating an environment of accountability. He leads high-level operational initiatives – infrastructure design, process reengineering, reorganization, business integration, and culture change.
Raul has four grown children and one grandson. As an avid sports fan and boating enthusiast, outdoor adventures and enjoying the simple things in life are always in order.
