Rene Stephenson

Although Rene was born in North Carolina, Rene grew up in the metropolitan Atlanta area and has also lived in Colorado, Kansas, and Texas, and has worked in New York. She earned an Executive Master’s in Business Administration and is also a certified Agile coach (SPC6) who can implement scalable agility frameworks for any size of business. She enjoys bringing the customer voice into business and product decisions to meet business goals. She is recognized for her proven ability to build high performing teams and for recognizing opportunities for process optimization, then building and executing a plan for sustainable success with continuous improvement.

Outside of her career pursuits, you’ll find Rene walking her shelter-rescue dog, relishing some time with her 3 adult children, planning her next international trip, enjoying a day at a local vineyard, or dancing. Rene has a lifetime goal of learning a new skillset to mastery every decade — and this is the decade of dance: so far she is accomplished in 17 styles across genres of ballroom, Latin, country, and swing styles.
