Much of Rolando’s experience comes from the staffing and recruiting industry, where he gained exposure to various sectors, from startups to century-old businesses. His clients have spanned industries including manufacturing, packaging, 3PLs, construction, landscaping, janitorial, call centers, and professional services like accounting and marketing. This exposure has given him deep insight into how these businesses operate and the challenges they face.
