Furthering his strong operational planning and business consulting background, he has experience in systems and controls, organizational structuring, accountability systems, and operational succession planning. Additionally, he has knowledge of sales & marketing, project management, and fiscal management, completing a well-rounded scope of practice for business counseling and operational management theory.
