When not consulting with businesses, Wade enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the gym, and boating recreationally. He also is an avid fan of Notre Dame and the Dallas Cowboys. Wade devotes quality time to his wife, eight adult children, three granddaughters, and two grandsons.
