Early in his career, Zack Saalfrank developed a passion for helping small business owners, whom he believed were the backbone of our nation’s economy. With this passion realized, Zack has spent most of his career working alongside hardworking, small business owners from all over the country to not only help them maximize profit and expand their business potential, but to improve their overall quality of life. Through organizational engineering and process management practices, Zack helps clients and other stakeholders understand their own unique talents, skills, and leadership abilities. This understanding fosters teamwork, and ultimately creates a positive, rewarding and profitable business environment. Zack finds consulting to be invigorating, as he loves to see businesses celebrating both the big and small wins as they apply the tools and resources Zack has helped them develop. Zack Saalfrank graduated from Ball University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He later developed his communication and leadership skills by becoming a Certified Kaizen Facilitator and Quality Driven Management Expert.
On the weekends, you might find Zack hunting in the mountains or on the sixteenth hole of the golf course. He also enjoys spending time with his Golden Retriever, Lane.
