I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic work done by Chris and Phil during a crucial time for American Carnival Mart (ACM). Chris conducted a thorough analysis the week before Phil started, giving us a clear picture of our current situation and where improvements were needed.
Chris’s analysis was detailed and insightful, highlighting key areas for us to focus on. He was straightforward but still kind. His work was instrumental in setting the stage for the changes we needed to make to turn ACM around and get back to profitability.
