APISource, Inc. has experienced very successful years and times of extreme challenges. As we have hit different revenue levels and developed as a company, we have looked to resources outside of our company for assistance with the growth. We began our relationship with Cogent seeking out best practices to implement to continue our success. One of the best results of working with Chuck and Cogent on this project was that he encouraged us to make the decisions we have been procrastinating on for years.
Discussing issues and problems that were stifling our growth with an unbiased professional has allowed us to see new solutions to develop our strategic plan. Development of KPI’s and documentation for gauging the health and success of the company is key to our profitable growth.
I’m looking forward to training the new management team and seeing the results of the changes and implementation of the new procedures. Having processes so the managers and employees can be in charge of their own successes will allow growth and success for the company as a whole!
