ARC Medical, Inc. is a small national sales and marketing company specializing in technical disposables for the anesthesia and respiratory market. After many years of growth, we had two years of reduced revenue and needed assistance in digging deeper into our financial management of the company.
Cogent brought an outside source to examine our inner workings. Through conversations with both our internal support staff and external sales management, new procedures have been initiated. Buy in by the employees has been good to this point and they are interested in seeing how these new procedures help in the future.
Financial management was a weak point for ARC and the tools developed especially for ARC will allow us better control over pricing and profitability in the future.
