I have been working with Cogent Analytics for the past few months, and I believe that the service they have provided for my company has been invaluable. They literally have taken my three-year plans for improving sales, operational efficiencies, and profitability down to three months, and I am now looking at a projected operating profit at the end of the next 12 months that I wasn’t expecting to see for another three to four years.
Their initial discovery process is what convinced me to act now and contract with them for implementing improved and effective systems throughout my business. It was a quick and relatively inexpensive process where they dove into areas of company culture, marketing, sales process, and financials. While the areas where improvement and change were needed were mostly what I already knew needed to be addressed, they made it clear to me that it was in my and my company’s best interest financially to act immediately.
Even should you decide not to work with them on a project, their discovery process is well worth it. I believe having a snapshot view from a third party provide you with an honest picture of your company is well worth the minimal time and effort to do so.
