For the past couple months, we have been working with Cogent Analytics to improve operational efficiencies. The initial discovery process, which took around two days, brought exposure to areas that needed to be addressed that we were and were not aware of. From this meeting Cogent Analytics developed an action plan and was brought onboard to assist our team in improving our operation. Running a company day in and day out often leads to tunnel vision; Cogent Analytics was a valued partner in helping our team identify and address blind spots.
