I would like to start out by saying that Cogent Analytics was not the first consulting team we have worked with. I was reluctant to try again with another company since the first one did not provide much help to our struggling business. I have no regrets hiring Cogent Analytics after working with their team.
Our business was struggling tremendously. Once, Kelsey Harris took us under her wing and showed us how to apply a working process, through tried and true practices and by building solid customer relationships, we have never been stronger. She was able to teach our staff new strategies and implement new processes to make our business run like it has should, better than it ever has for many, many years. Kelsey introduced many new excel forms and spreadsheets that completely streamlined operations. Office duties have never been easier and more productive and we are forever grateful for her help. Even our outside shop facility is thriving with job performance standards and incentives.
