Robert Hahn of Cogent Analytical has request I provide you with some feedback on the recent project he has completed for us at First Call Environmental, LLC (FCE). Overall, I have been very pleased with the performance of Robert Hahn and the product delivered by Cogent Analytics. Please find below my thoughts and opinions, as well as some constructive criticism for future projects.
I believe when we began this process, we had an idea of what needed to be done, but not a real good grasp of how it should be done and we certainly did not have the time to do it ourselves. Mr. Hahn has really done a good job of helping implement the controls, systems, and processes that will take us to the next level. Specifically, I appreciate the KPI’s and the more advanced reporting.
I am looking forward to the changes and new systems creating a more manageable company for me to run. Prior to the arrival of Robert, I spent quite a few hours putting out fires and “chasing my tail.” The work done to implement a more organized organizational structure with defined roles and expectations should lay the groundwork for me to get control of my divisions and handle the work load more efficiently.
