As our company has grown over the last few years, it became evident that we needed help. We had experienced uncontrollable growth and our company lacked an accountability structure, regular processes, key performance indicators, and basic managerial accounting. I’m a firm believer that certain things happen at a certain time, and I’m grateful that Cogent, and specifically Randolph, came in to help our company at the right time.
From the start, Randolph identified the key issues within our company and went right to work on creating change. He created new systems, helped set up key indicators for each department in production, and helped create the accountability structure our company was sorely lacking. All of our employees immediately bought in and they’ve demonstrated the drive and yearning to become better.
I’ve learned a great deal from the processes and financial indicators that Randolph established but I also learned a tremendous amount in our general conversations. Over the last 2 months, he was a valuable resource for me as I sought his advice over the smallest and largest matters. I drew off his experience and insight and that became a valuable tool that’s not listed on the project plan.
Our company, along with myself, still have areas requiring growth but we’re far better equipped to handle what lies ahe2 d, now more so than ever. Thank you to everybody at Cogent Analytics for their dedicated work and support of our company.
