To Whom it May Concern:
At the beginning of 2024 we started a journey to reorganize and get our company on track. We started off strong with good momentum but the weight of carrying that burden while doing our day jobs was quickly sinking our boat. We were in the middle of one of our strategy sessions when Steve from Cogent walked through our door. It was almost divine intervention. He explained what Cogent does and I quickly realized they were the help we’d been needing to see our project over the finish line. After the discovery process, we quickly got to work through a high intensity period, and we are now wrapping that up. We accomplished in a little over 8 weeks what we’d been working on all year and hadn’t scratched the surface.
It has been rewarding to see so many things come to life and our people beginning to see what we can accomplish with some goals and metrics to “keep score”. We look forward to the Life Cycle phase and seeing how the changes we’ve made going into 2025 really propel us forward with our goals.
