HP Legacy is a Design-Build Contractor based near Indianapolis, working in the commercial and industrial markets. This business specializes in renovations and design-build construction within an existing structure or facility.
We engaged Cogent Analytics after first discussing our business nearly a year ago. When I had an opportunity to bring them to the site to review our operations and advise, we were pleased to have had the opportunity to take our review to the next level.
While I have only known Josh Bresler, our Project Director, for a short time, he has diligently provided me with insight to my operations, management tools and a business perspective that have both confirmed my own perspective, and at times challenged my view.
Josh is knowledgeable of business concepts and how activities interact toward the goal. And Josh has an approachable manner. Well-dressed and professional, he worked with several of our employees directly as he laid the groundwork to providing a process to review our own activities and establish process standards that have never been completely documented.
In the short time he has been here, he has provided measurement tools that will be used in determining proposals for future projects. We have the correct overhead rate to use with our proposals and project management, and he has walked us through the process to set a determined profit to meet goals.
There is still much to be done. We are still improving and are eager to work with Josh and other members of Cogent Analytics as we move into the next phase of our relationship.
