i-Lighting, LLC has completed the initial four week program that Cogent Analytics tailor made of our company. Our initial contact with Merlin was extremely enlightening and humbling. After reviewing the areas we needed to improve, it became apparent we could not do this without Cogent’s help.
James Merkle came to our facility and immediately identified our weaknesses and strengths, our inadequacies and capabilities. He worked with each member of our team to provide guidance and knowledge. After 4 weeks of diligent work, we now have the tools to start moving our company forward in productivity and profitability. The procedures put in place are already beginning to show results and I look forward to Jim’s return visit to “show off” how far we have come and initiate the next phase. I believe Cogent and Jim have given our company new life.
