We engaged Cogent Analytics to assist us in advancing our company. After a thorough analytics meeting we decided to proceed and Terry W. Protto, Project Manager, was assigned to our project due to his manufacturing and marketing background.
Terry quickly began a profit engineering project so that we could know our costs. It was at a critical time, since we were implementing new software, where we had to enter our costs. Terry worked closely with our Production Manager and Creative Manager on costing and system integration,
There were many other advancements for the company including Organization and that is putting position descriptions, performance reviews, job offers and non-disclosures in the file for each employee. We had not done that before.
We now have a budget that we did not have before. This budget will be integrated into QuickBooks which Terry helped install and set the account architecture
