Twelve years ago, Kelcode Solutions (formerly Ink Jet Repair II) began the journey to provide printing solutions for our customers while eliminating lengthy downtime and costly repairs.
As we continued to grow our company and provide the same quality service to our customers, we needed to institute some changes in our operations. After the evaluation of our company was completed, we determined that Cogent Analytics could offer us the help we needed.
We soon were introduced to Kelsey Harris from Cogent Analytics and started our journey to improving our daily operations and financial goals. Kelsey is very knowledgeable and quickly understood the challenges we had to overcome in order to move forward with improving our company.
