We have appreciated your time, spirit, faith and knowledge over the last several weeks. If you were not a Yankee from Dallas, I would be honored to have you as a friend and neighbor.
I believe the skills you brought to our company and shared with us will return many dividends in the years to come. Many of the things you worked with us to implement have been discussed for years but we never got them off the ground and you provided the time, effort and knowledge to bring those to fruition. You also provided new ideas and implemented new procedures that look like they will work great to improve our productivity and bottom line.
Improving our quality of life was big on the agenda and I believe that is in motion.
