We recently worked with Cogent Analytics and our project director, Derrin Lipa.
Many areas of our business were reviewed and the biggest insight we obtained were policies and procedures that we were lacking which would provide us better insight into the business itself. Some of the results obtained through our engagement included knowing what our true employee cost was; the ability to bid and quote our work more effectively; creation of better work flow processes; and improving business performance while managing more effectively.
Derrin was great to work with and he helped open our eyes to many other things than what has been listed above. He went above and beyond our expectations. Since he has left we have seen so many of his suggestions improving our company already!
He always had a very positive attitude and a smile on his face, he listened to what we saw as a problem and gave great input on how we might change things, and they worked!! Each and everyone of our employees agreed that the changes that are still taking place has greatly improved Langley Industrial Machining and its success. He is a professional and proficient person and feel like he would benefit any company he works with in the future.
