Our company had an analyst from Cogent Analytics, LLC come in a perform a three day evaluation of where our company was and where we could go with the assistance of a Cogent Project Director. Cogent offered this evaluation at no cost should we have deemed it not valuable. We however; found a great deal of value in the information proven to us.
Since we found great value in the analysts’ recommendations, we contracted with Cogent Analytics to have a Project Manager come into our company, review our operations, and provide us with management tools to improve upon not only our operations but our financial standings.
The Project Manager came in and spent six weeks meeting with each of us in the company, working with management to put processes into place, outlining and creating an Organizational Chart, providing us with tools to streamline operations and overall teaching us how to improve our bottom line going forward.
Our company has without a doubt gained a great deal of knowledge and direction from working with Cogent. We are very pleased with all the guidance we received. We are 100% sure that we will be a stronger, more organized and more profitable company moving forward.
