I can’t express enough how our relationship with Cogent has changed our company for the better. We were having some internal struggles that were beginning to negatively impact team culture and morale. Through the Discovery process, Cogent quickly identified the sources of those issues along with numerous other aspects of our business operations where we could improve. Through the Project Directors assigned to work with us daily, we immediately felt an impact on our culture and operations. During the initial high intensity period, everyone in the company learned a tremendous amount and developed great trust in what Cogent was outlining for us to implement. Cogent has not just been a business consultant. The Project Director embedded within our company for the last 14 weeks has become one of our team. It is apparent he is personally invested in each person in our company and truly cares about helping create lasting change, helping each of us to realize our full potential.
