We have been very pleased with the work that Cogent has done for us. They have been able to dig in and find ways to apply best practices to existing processes while not making disruptive waves. The atmosphere of participation and collaboration that was formed early in the process has continued to bear fruit from every position in the company. Employee buy-in has been steady and productive, which is often the single point of failure in campaigns for growth and change. Peter and the back-of-house team have done an amazing job reorganizing our data into trackable tools to help inform decisions much faster than we were previously able. Peter’s guided exploration of our standard practices has produced a set of standard operating procedures that will facilitate scalable growth long into the future. Overall, we are expecting a 3-4X ROI on their work here at Lucent.
