Thank you for the support from you and your team. To a person, each has been professional, personable, and competent.
Kevin was kind, warm, thorough, and very experienced. He was able to work well with everyone on the team. He created a safe space for team members to be honest and forthcoming with their views and opinions. All of which was helpful and revealing. Clearly, it was also impactful, or I wouldn’t be writing this letter. Through Kevin’s input and the team’s discernment, a great match for Project Director was selected.
That was Friday. The work began Monday morning. While the timing is a bit of a jolt, I have subsequently concluded that a better time to start was sooner than we did.
Brian is awesome. He has blended well with our team and was immediately able to be effective. The tools, discussions, recommendations and are being put-to-use in real time. Brian has been a catalyst for change. Jobs are being restructured, responsibilities, measurements and new hand-off documents are being prepared simultaneously with the overarching tools they are being developed by the Cogent Analytics staff. The excitement level of the team is palpable.
Brian has balanced the art of letting us flex new or out-of-shape business muscles with the barrage of information and training that is a part of this intense-level engagement. In my view, that is imperative. Spending a straight five or more weeks in Teams calls, meetings and learning about new tools without starting to incorporate would lead to lower long-term utilization and effectiveness.
We couldn’t have asked for a better fit for our team than Brian Peterson. Mixing hard lessons, creative ideas and suggestions with heartfelt compassion is special. It takes relationships and trust to create the fertile environment for growth. Brian can do that! We are grateful for Brian’s gifts and his willingness to share them with Dawn, me, and our team.
