Collaborating with Cogent has been a great experience for both my family/ business and myself. The tools provided to us have given us a new way to manage our day to day operations, things that we have never looked at in the past. During Tyler’s 7 weeks he has helped h1e with leadership and management skills, such as dealing with confrontation and holding both myself and employees accountable. I think that this experience with Tyler and Cogent came just at the right time as we are in a period of transition. It was very nice to be paired with Tyler on this project. Tyler was very knowledgeable and efficient in his time spent with us. He is also very relatable as he and I are close in age. Although things started out rocky and uncomfortable during the discovery, I believe this was money well spent. It is now up to us as a family and business owners to take the tools that we were given and trained on to correct the issues at hand, increase profits, and become a more attractive employer.
